In the heart of the "three days of Caracalla," the magical Friday for cycling and running enthusiasts

Friday, April 26, the central day of the "three days of Caracalla" will be a pleasant interlude between the Under 23 and Women's races of the previous day and the youth races of the following day. The afternoon and evening will in fact be dedicated to those who ride bikes for passion and competition and those who run on foot.

At 3:00 pm the LIBERAZIONE AMATORI will start, taking place over a distance of 60 kilometers: 12 laps on a 5 km circuit that almost entirely follows the traditional route of the other races, to compete for the Urbis et Orbis Cup.
Organized, of course, by Terenzi Sport Eventi, in collaboration with CSAIN (Centri Sportivi Aziendali e Industriali) Lazio, registration costs 20 euros.

At 6:30 pm then, on the same route in the center of the capital and at the same registration cost of 20 euros, greeted by the setting sun making way for the magical Roman evening, the LIBERAZIONE RUNNING in collaboration with Appia Run, will allow runners of any level and ambition to test themselves on the Caracalla circuit: competitive race over two laps for a total of 10 km and non-competitive run over a single lap of 5 km.
Because the Gran Premio della Liberazione is truly everyone's celebration!
